POINT

Treatment of hypertension:this product can be used alone or, if necessary, in combination with other antihypertensives. Treatment of angina pectoris:this product can be used alone or if necessary, in combination with other anti-anginas.
Hypertension : Either in monotherapy or, if needed, in combination with other antihypertensive agents. Stable Angina Pectoris and Vasospastic Angina (Prinzmetal's angina): Alone or in combination with other antianginal drugs

 

MANUAL

Initial dose: 5 mg orally once a day
Maintenance dose: 5 to 10 mg orally once a day

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Allergic to any ingredient in amlodipine.
Hypersensitivity, hypotension (less than 90 mm Hg), shock, acute myocardial infarction. Restrictions on the use expressed by aortic stenosis, heart failure, liver dysfunction, children's age (safety and efficacy have not been determined).

Treat high blood pressure (hypertension) or chest pain (angina) and other conditions caused by coronary artery disease. This medication is for use in adults and children who are at least 6 years old.
