Meloflam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve the symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever; and as an analgesic, especially where there is an inflammatory component.

MANUAL

Oral/Rectal- Ankylosing spondylitis; Rheumatoid arthritis- 15 mg once daily.
Patients with increased risk of adverse effects- Initial: 7.5 mg. 
Acute exacerbations of osteoarthritis- 7.5 mg once daily. Max: 15 mg once daily.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

history of heart attack, stroke, or blood clot; heart disease, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure; a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, bowel problems, diverticulosis; liver or kidney disease; asthma; polyps in your nose; or if you smoke.
Elderly. Hypersensitivity. Severe hepatic impairment, bleeding disorders, renal failure.
